I rarely leave a review but this place is incredible! From the burgers to the crispy fries that never arrived soggy which is rare with delivery. We get cheese and chili on the side they are both phenomenal. Check this food truck out I promise you won't be disappointed.

Rascal’s Big Red Food Truck? More like Rascal’s Big Red Life-Changer. I thought I knew what a burger and tater tots were supposed to taste like—then I had this. It was a nearly religious experience. I’m pretty sure these guys have secretly been trained by a squad of Michelin-starred chefs and possibly some wizards. When I took my first bite, a shaft of light directly from heaven shone down upon me and a choir of angels sang. The patties? It’s like someone took a cow, marinated it in flavor, and gave it a motivational speech before it became a patty. And the toppings? They don't just complement the burger—they elevate it to new, mythical heights. You could probably name this burger after a Greek god and it still wouldn’t do it justice, so I'm just gonna stick with calling it "the best decision I've ever made." Now, the tater tots... Oh, the tots. These crispy golden nuggets of joy are what I imagine heaven would taste like if it were deep-fried and sprinkled with magic. I bit into one, and it made a crunch sound so satisfying that I’m considering using it as my new ringtone. They’re light, they’re fluffy, they’re seasoned like they’ve been hand-delivered by the Potato Gods. I’m pretty sure there’s some ancient, sacred ritual involved in making them this perfect. If I wasn’t so in love with their burgers, I’d probably propose to the tater tots. In conclusion, if you haven’t been to Rascal’s Big Red Food Truck yet, what are you doing with your life? Go. Right now. Your taste buds will send you a thank-you card. I’m pretty sure mine are already drafting one. This food will make you question every meal you’ve had before. Forget five-star restaurants; Rascal’s is where the real magic happens.

Triple Bacon Smashburger that was huge and delicious. A side of tots is enough to fill a plate. The chili-cheese tots are a meal by themselves, and very good. 10/10 would recommend!

Came here on a whim over the weekend. Got a single smash burger with all the trimmings and a Rascal-style ripper. Toppings were fresh, meat was well seasoned and well cooked. Tried someone else’s fries, they were stellar. Dude taking orders was super chill, definitely coming back here. Not a bad idea to hit here after you hit the dispensary across the street.

Oh man, what a burger! I have been here a handful of times and decided I finally needed to leave a review. I usually get a double and mix up the toppings. They do have a few different pre-selected "styles" you can get but you can literally pick whatever your heart desires. I got Shipwreck Style which is Thousand Island and crispy onions. I got tots and some Rascal's Sauce on the side. The tots are cooked to absolute. crispy perfection! The Rascals Sauce is worth trying on a burger or as a dipping sauce for sure! If you are in the area and and want one of the best smash burgers you can get, give Rascal's a try!

Some of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. Fries are deliciously seasoned, soft inside, crispy outside. Great customer service and absolutely reasonable prices. We will be repeat customers!

I don't know why I haven't given this place 5 yet. I have now!! This place is always a real treat from the smash burgers to the chili cheese . Sadly I haven't been over to the actual truck due to me having no vehicle. That doesn't stop me from ordering through doordash. You can expect me to order again when my paycheck hits. P.S. did I mention the chili cheese fries were Amazing

Food was amazing! Fries and tots were crunchy and well seasoned. The burger was juicy and to die for. We also went around closing time and he gave us a bag of tots and fries for free, he’s a VERY nice and generous guy!
